Onboarding

1. Send a message

Message us on WhatsApp. That is the sign-up form — there is nothing to fill in.

We will ask for your business name, the country you operate in, and what you want to run first (stock, invoicing, customers, or all of it).

2. We provision

Your Odoo 18 instance, database and object storage are created automatically. You get a URL of your own and an administrator login.

How isolated that instance is depends on your plan — see Plans.

3. Start working

Ask the system questions, raise invoices, track stock. Your data is yours from the first message.

Note

Migrating from an existing Odoo? It is the same Odoo underneath, so your current database can usually be brought across. Tell us your version and module list.
