The president of the Médina parents’ association needs to send the notice of the back-to-school general meeting. All he has is last year’s paper version, which he scanned. In a few minutes, he updates it and exports it.

The voice-over is generated with Soynade, the Wolof speech model Copilot uses: its lines are sometimes simpler than the captions.

The steps

1. Log in from Mon compte (part 0).
2. Import the scanned letter and look through it as it is, scrolling through its pages, then click Modifier (Edit) to extract its text (part 4).
3. Dictate an addition at the end of a paragraph: « Une collation sera offerte à l’issue de l’assemblée. » (Refreshments will be served after the meeting.) (part 2).
4. Correct the dictation with Régénérer (Regenerate): select the dictated paragraph, then click Régénérer. The capitals and punctuation that speech recognition leaves out are restored (part 3).
5. Ask Copilot to change the date: « Remplace la date de l’assemblée par le samedi 10 octobre 2026 à 9 heures. » (Change the meeting date to Saturday 10 October 2026 at 9 am.) (part 3).
6. Listen to the edited paragraph to proofread it (part 2).
7. Switch to preview, then export the PDF (part 5).

More room for the document

When the document is shown as a PDF (right after importing, or in preview), collapse Copilot and Mes fichiers with the buttons at the top right: the page then takes the full width. Reopen Copilot when you need it.
